Jon was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed. He was proactive and took time to make sure we had the right space for our needs.

Julie and Lin in the office made the process so easy and straightforward. They were both informative and extremely professional. Lovely ladies to deal with making it such an easy task. We used their suggested removal firm Phil of Wise Move who was a brilliant. They made a great job of removing the furniture and placing it in the storage unit. I couldn’t speak more highly of all who helped us from sorting out the storage to the move and would recommend them to anyone.

Everything seems efficient and well organised. More transparency on the quotation system from the outset would be beneficial and more reasonable insurance terms for low value items is required.
