Helpful staff clean and tidy overall.

Jenny was extremely professional and friendly and explained everything in detail. I have never used a storage facility before and I found the whole experience very good. The storage units and building are excellent

Very good staff,

Prompt, friendly and efficient service. We were offered a drink whilst the paperwork was completed and staff informed us of all deals and price match for insurance which saved a little work on my behalf.

Not every thing was made clear on web site like kind of padlock needed

OK - I'm not really giving Big Yellow that score - I'm giving it to your team, and one member in particular, that went way beyond the call of duty to assist me in the past. As long as he stays with you...so will I. Incidentally the whole team are great - Michelle, Jen, but Dan is the reason for my continued loyalty.
