Staff were friendly, efficient, informative and gave me a fabulous deal :). Plus the place is lovely and clean and very secure.

Daniel, at the Poole centre, was amazingly helpful, both prior to my arrival day, and during when I was under immense pressure. He offered additional help outside of the norm, which thankfully I did not need to take up, such as a willingness to pass payment to my delivery man due to another appointment I simply could not miss, but again, everything went so smoothly on the day that I had no need for this very kind offer.

Told total price then when came in store price was different also told store I have a padlock and they charge me £13 for a lock when I could of got one for £5 so in my experience telling someone prices and changing them when you there is not a good service

Michelle was very helpful and friendly. Price is always matched against other storage companies. Storage is clean, well lit and easily accessable
