When ever we have had a question or required help the staff have always been very helpful and nothing is to much trouble.

Having tried two of the other options I eventually moved to Bidg Yellow and wished I'd started there. Wonderful new location in Poole. Lots of trolleys etc., big lifts, proper security and easy entry/exit procedure. This is how it should be. Thanks Big Yellow Poole.

As a newcomer to Big Yellow, we have been very impressed by their professional approach and the ease of using the facilities.

We used this storage the day it opened, the staff were really good and helpful. The 5 to 11 opening was ideal for us, both working full time, and the additional price for this we felt worth it. You are at the end of the day paying for an empty box, which is why I gave value for money 3* but the place was clean and easily accessible and we couldn't have moved without it. The security also seemed very good, although thankfully never needed tested!

It shoud be called the Big Yellow Sunshine Store. It's so clean and bright, and knowing your belongings wll be safe and dry, makes you feel better and cheers you up, just like sunshine!

During my numerous visits i always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. We often exchanged waves and on my final visit we all had a good laugh at me trying to squeeze the last bits into my car to avoid another trip. Stubborn woman eh!!!

We were very pleased when we used Big Yellow for security of various items when we went on holiday.

Really pleased with the service I have received from this company. If I had one small gripe, it would be the hours for access. Closing at 6pm makes it very difficult for those of us who have to work. Other than that, I cannot fault their service, their charges or their helpful advice.

The Poole, Dorset branch had only just opened and the duty manager was superb, helpful and gave a discount, for which I was very appreciative of. I will use the service again and location and give it and the staff top marks.
