I greeted well and processed fast so I could get on with my day

It was a good experience, and the customer service was good.

Easy to deal with and a good sense of security. Plenty of packaging available on site if needed. Units and approach areas all immaculately clean. All rooms are alarmed.

I have gave that score, because of Dan professional attitude and his high level of customer service skills.

Really friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome and the helped the whole process run smoothly both before and on arrival.

Very easy to set up. Jenny was extremely efficient and courteous and went to great lengths to make the process easy. She also personally made me a coffee. Much appreciated

Thanks to Michelle Knight she was absolutely hopeful and also her colleague I was panicking about storage space but there is a very professional team!!!
