Used Poole store for a few weeks storage they were fantastic all the staff are superb and very helpful can’t recommend enough and will use it again with no hesitation

Sam, Joely, and Michelle at The Big Yellow Self-Storage have been absolutely incredible! We had a long, drawn out house move that required various types of storage at different times throughout the process. Whatever we needed and whenever we needed it, they were always on-hand to help. They’re incredibly friendly, wonderfully polite and did their very best to find us the deals that were most suitable for us. An absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

Having stored personal belongings for 9 months I found the storage unit to be clean and staff very helpful and friendly when forgetting my passcode Michelle was quick to assist and made the experience positive and I will definitely use in the future

I hired a storage unit at Big Yellow Poole for 4 weeks to assist me organising and storing 850 costumes for a big production show. All staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout the 4 weeks I was there. Having the space to put costumes in order on rails and be organised made life so much easier so I could distribute costumes to dancers ready for their big show. I would most definitely recommend Big Yellow and am hoping to return with my next big project in August
