Really quick and efficient. The paperwork was completed really quickly and easily. Before completing, I was shown my allocated space to ensure it was big enough to store my goods. I was shown how to use the entry/exit panels. The place was well lit and super clean.
Everyone I have spoken to at Big Yellow, ranging from Customer Services to all of the staff at Poole have been extremely helpful and professional.

We were served quickly and politely, and shown to our room. Also the building was secure and clean which was really reassuring as was packing items that belonged to my sister. We were also offered tea, coffee and chocolates which was great!
