A top score from me for Daniel and Jenny, in the Poole store, who are friendly and professional and treat you as an individual. They explained everything clearly and have said to just pop in if I have forgotten how the system works.

Very happy with the courtesy, customer service. Seems a very organised operation. Only slight whinge - yellow is my favourite colour but I didn't get offered a free yellow pen! Fancied having one of those!

Easy to get a quote and reserve unit online. Easy to set up the direct debit with the staff and they were helpful and friendly. I had a Groupon voucher so felt I was getting a good deal when combined with the 50% off for first 8 weeks offer. Storage facility is clean and modern and access to my unit is easy, but still secure.

Everything very straight forward and fantastic customer service. We interacted with Danial and I think Katy? Both were very helpful and made the experience very positive.
