More training and transparency would go a long way to improving the storage experience, as the facility is very good.

All good....Only criticism/proposal is that the booking/check in process takes rather too long and could be handled faster with improved methodology.

Excellent and simplistic service, very reasonable prices and exactly catered for my needs.

The staff are very happy to help and go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience, and nothing is too much trouble. The advice they gave on the space required was invaluable.

Excellent service, would definately use again and recommend to anyone. Was very good value for money and time that wasn't needed was refunded quickly. Staff very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make everything easier.

This is the second time I have used Big Yellow and I can honestly say it has been a pleasure. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Most importantly I don't have to worry about my items as the storage facility is very clean and secure. I would thoroughly recommend this facility.

I have only one small issue with this - the hours of access are a little too close to standard office hours. I'm sure most people are like me who need occasionally to access storage when not working themselves, I would like one or two later evenings..

We found Bigyellow on line through a search engine and after submitting an equiry we imediatly had an email response followed by a phone call. When we went to the store the service was excellent and very professional. We then had follow up calls when we were due to take our things to storeage. The only thing i can say I was very impressed with the set up and what a great Idea and the prices are good. I would recommend thjis storage facility to anyone.

BIT PRICEY BUT CONVENIENT AND VERY CLEAN. ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THE CEILINGS ARE TOO LOW, ACCESS FOR A SOFA THAT WAS JUST OVER SIX FOOT WAS RESTRICTED BY DOORWAY HEIGHT AND CEILING. MEANT IT HAD TO LIE FLAT RATHER THAN STAND ON END.
