We found Bigyellow on line through a search engine and after submitting an equiry we imediatly had an email response followed by a phone call. When we went to the store the service was excellent and very professional. We then had follow up calls when we were due to take our things to storeage. The only thing i can say I was very impressed with the set up and what a great Idea and the prices are good. I would recommend thjis storage facility to anyone.

BIT PRICEY BUT CONVENIENT AND VERY CLEAN. ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THE CEILINGS ARE TOO LOW, ACCESS FOR A SOFA THAT WAS JUST OVER SIX FOOT WAS RESTRICTED BY DOORWAY HEIGHT AND CEILING. MEANT IT HAD TO LIE FLAT RATHER THAN STAND ON END.

From the moment I initially called and spoke with Michelle (manager) to arriving with my furniture and being guided through the welcome by Daniel, I cannot find fault ! A truely professional experience. Highly recommended !!

I was delighted to find Big Yellow self storage on my internet search - only 5 miles from mum's 'old' flat and 10 miles to where she will be living. Great initial contact over phone, extremely helpful staff, good advice regarding space required. Clear instructions on website although slightly labourious inventory procedure - necesary evil I suppose. Altogether positive experience and would definitely recommend

The Big Yellow facilities are very modern and well designed. Everything worked as expected. The staff are very helpful. The only annoying aspect was to be told at the point of signing the contract that from 1 October VAT will be added to the charges. This could have been mentioned earlier in the process.

This is a really great facility; clean, well presented and easy to access once on site, There is a good choice of storage space plus the necessary equipment to access it. There are ample lifts if required as well as wide corridors. and the staff are most helpful. The only downside was ability to contact staff by telephone locally; several times I was automatically transferred to a central office which was not conducive to supporting the overall great service. Hopefully this can soon be sorted.

Although the initial cost seems reasonable i.e. half listed price, the longer you leave things in store overall the more expensive it becomes. I would have thought that having a long term agreement would have made the price less as Big Yellow would be assured of income. By being able to budget over a longer term would have been helpful.

I am very happy and impressed with big yellow, the staff are friendly and helpful, the building is bright, well lit and designed, and feels very secure.

This is the first time that I've used a storage facility for personal items although I have used storage through work on a much larger scale. Well I cannot fault Big Yellow at Poole. The contact by the manager Michelle and her advice was first rate. It was so easy to book and when I went to the facility in Poole I could not fault the service given to me by the young man working on the Saturday that I attended. Within no time all the paperwork was completed, the system explained to me, the room shown to me and my items deposited. Thank you.
