Everything was set up before we go there.I had great communication with the employers and some arrangements were needed we completed them on location. In case that you forget something or need anything extra you will find it there. DONT WORRY. BIG YELLOW IS THE ONE!!!!

Big Yellow Poole is such a great location, easy to get to and really clean and easy to use, the staff are helpful and friendly as well! I'd throughly recommend!!
I was incredibly impressed with the staff at the Poole branch. The male member of staff was very helpful and took the time to show us around different size rooms and provided us with some flexibility.

The staff member I set up my storage with was so helpful, I felt it was an easy service to set up and use, we were able to drop our things off and set up our storage in under an hour totally stress free, which is ideal when you are moving out.
Never used a Storage Facility before, but Big Yellow's Staff explained what the deal was, and how to best make use of their facility. Staff were courteous and polite, and made us feel very welcome.
The staff were really helpful trying to sort out the problems we had. This made life easier for us.
