The staff are trained and always very polite very helpful and knowledgeable. First time ever using a storage company and it was very easy the staff helped me when needed. Pricing was very good.

We have just opened up a storage unit in Poole and had absolutely fabulous customer care from Michelle who looked after us, showing us around, explaining everything despite me waffling on with lots of questions! We have booked a large unit and everywhere is very clean and ventilated and we have no concerns about leaving our items with Big Yellow Storage company. Jo, the other assistant was amazingly helpful too! Highly recommend! ♥️

We have used yellow box three times now and it has been super easy and affordable. Sam was particularly helpful on "check out".

Excellent service. Michelle was so helpful, really friendly and made me a lovely cup of tea while she explained everything to my daughter. Very welcoming experience and made it all very simple and easy to follow.

I’m always impressed by the friendly and professional service of all of the staff that I have dealt with on numerous visits. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and I know I can be demanding. Joely Ford who is the first person I look for, deserves a special mention for always having a smile on her face even when I know I’m being awkward.
