Met Samantha at reception. Lovely and welcoming and easy to chat to. Was shown the space I'd reserved 1st and then offered another one that was a better shape. Which i appreciated. Everything explained well and made everything nice and clear. Bit more expensive than I was expecting. But worth it for the reassurance.

The staff are trained and always very polite very helpful and knowledgeable. First time ever using a storage company and it was very easy the staff helped me when needed. Pricing was very good.
We have just opened up a storage unit in Poole and had absolutely fabulous customer care from Michelle who looked after us, showing us around, explaining everything despite me waffling on with lots of questions! We have booked a large unit and everywhere is very clean and ventilated and we have no concerns about leaving our items with Big Yellow Storage company. Jo, the other assistant was amazingly helpful too! Highly recommend! ♥️
