Spoke to 3 different people during our set up and sign in for storage. All 3 were absolutely lovely, incredibly helpful with brilliant customer service at Big yellow in Portsmouth. Robert, Sue and Amanda? Everything sorted for us, removal men suggested which we used and they moved all of our things to and from for us. We didn't have to lift a finger!

All staff were very polite and helpful. They did everything they could to assist us.

Great communication, Cheryl in particular took the time to go through everything with me. Phoned to remind me. Told me what was available to me. I even had to go bigger and it wasn’t a problem. Warm and friendly and the girls all made a stressful situation less stressful and I’m very grateful
