Very helpful

I looked it up on a Sunday and was able to sign up, check in online and physically move in on bank holiday Monday. That's incredible!

Shane was really friendly and welcoming. He made the whole process very easy and smooth. We really appreciated his help.

Very friendly staff, we were also taken to check our allocated room was suitable before "signing up". All good so far.

Customer service at the Portsmouth location is great. They have been really helpful and have provided lots of advise. Also the facilities are easy to access
