Very helpful in store team. Very unimpressed by 'quick online check in' which just refused to accept 2nd email address. Access today a bit stressful due to lack of trolleys and bad parking by other users.
The whole process of booking our storage unit was handled so professionally and made it all so easy. Helen, Bamboo and the young gentleman - forgotten his name - were all so helpful, informative, happy and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. From showing us different sized units and helping us to decide the best one for us, and even offering us a cup of coffee, it was all so easy. We had to up size to a larger unit and it all went very smoothly. I would recommend your company to my friends and family just because of your staff who really seemed to care about the whole aspect of our move. A big thank you to all concerned.

Both Brad and Keeley were extremely friendly, both a real asset to the company and incredibly patient, knowledgeable and kind.
