All staff were really nice and welcoming. Such an easy process and made moving my things quick and simple. Keeley Helen and Brad were all very nice and friendly and keeley helped speak through the process with me.

It was very good, the online experience was very simple and easy and then I got a phone call from the branch to run through my reservation and the cost from a very friendly man, very good experience.

I found the staff more than helpful in finding the right unit for me the first one showed was no good as it a pillar in and subsequently loss of internal space and sadly when they looked on there system they had no others available at the size I wanted however after further investigation and allowing for a managers discression they founf a larger room that was coming available in 7 days which was fine with me so I took that one for only£3 per week more so not bad I would have preferred to stay at smaller size but needs must, so a very big thank you to Helen and her staff for accommodating me and helping me settle in and for there knowledge

I was really stressed from moving out, but Rob was super friendly and helpful in checking us in to our space which made me feel a whole lot better. Keeley was also very helpful on the phone prior to coming in, explaining what I would need to do and bring ahead of my visit.

A very helpful and friendly assistant called Keeley tok me through the process and explained everything very well. When I completed the booking and used the storage Rob handled all of the final documentation equally well and explained everything that I needed to know, and dealt with my questions and last minute alterations. I could not have been more pleased with thee level of service that I received. Oh and a very welcome cup of tea was provided by Helen.

Initial enquiry handled well. Process is quick and easy to understand.
