Because the staff were most helpful and consiidrate. The storage rooms and access passages are clean and well lit. The price is affordable and it is easily accessible for loading and unloading.

Staff were very helpful and friendly with any queries that I had. Online check in did save me plenty of time when I came to the store on the day that I am moving in. As it was my first time using Big Yellow, the staff made sure that everything was fully explained to me. Not only did I feel very welcomed on the day but also extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
