The staff were very clear and informative, happy and understanding too.

We have used Big Yellow before 3 years ago and were impressed that all our previous info was available to us as we could not remember the size we had and knew that was all we would need this time too.You have some excellent staff in the Portsmouth branch because both people we spoke to were able to help us very efficiently.

It's a good facility nice staff. Brad and Rob were friendly, helpful and although they were busy and I had to wait for others to check in, they did make me coffee. Points lost for the prolonged signing in process and large amount of paperwork.
