It's a good facility nice staff. Brad and Rob were friendly, helpful and although they were busy and I had to wait for others to check in, they did make me coffee. Points lost for the prolonged signing in process and large amount of paperwork.

It was easily arranged and your staff in Portsmouth were very helpful, especially Rob who explained everything. I was in a rush and made a few errors but everything was explained in detail.

Extremely helpful answering all the queries I had. Good instructions on how to enter my lockup and the main building. Helped me when I had a blip on entering. Generally very professional and a pleasure to work with. Manageress Helen helped me with my initial contact and booking. Rob was extremely helpful when I was using your facilities for the first time.

Received a very warm welcome and was shown round the facility as I wanted to see the size of the storage units available.
