The building was clean and well organised. Reception and main entrance . Staff very polite and imformative

Keeley was great, really helpful and even noticed that my movers were taking their time! She was unfailingly polite and made the experience a pleasure.

Excellent Customer Service, would have been a 10 if the process, although extremely thorough and informative, was not so prolonged. On the day Bradley Taylor, trust I've gotten his name right, was very courteous explaining clearly the hiring process, as was his colleague ( cannot recall his name) who was undergoing training. Coffee was an unexpected and very welcome bonus on a cold wet morning.

Couldn't have been more helpful.
