Extremely friendly staff, lockers explained in an easy way, as with the paperwork and the billing process. Whole process was completed quickly without me feeling as though I was being rushed.
Very helpful lady on the telephone, then easy online questions then incredibly efficient Keeley in the office. It was all clean, tidy and well kept. The whole facility was spotless and fresh.
