Friendly knowledgeable staff. Everything explained well. Nothing too much trouble.

Service was v professional, helpfully and friendly. Everything was explained and Keeley especially showed patience and understanding. Erin on the phone was excellent also and both could not have done more. They were both keen for the business without being too pushy.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Bradley who was very friendly and knowledgable about the process and what may or may not benefit me. I was happy to pay for extras as they were suggested as I wouldn’t have thought of asking about them myself. Even when the paperwork had been sign Bradley still went the extra mile to ensure I was confident in finding my new box and the entering of my new security code. Would definitely recommend your particular store to family and friends. Beverley

Pleasant helpful staff & good coffee

Despite my frequent amendments to my required storage date due to a complicated and forever changing house move chain, the staff were ever sympathetic and obliging. My storage area requirement was met with ease as was price matching our contents insurance. I could not have wished for better communication and the personable attitude demonstrated by the staff. A particular mention to Helen Wills who was the epitome of a confident, efficient and most helpful member of your staff and a great ambassador for your company. I would gladly recommend your service to my friends or interested parties.
