Staff very friendly & everything explained.

Peter and Helen could not help enough at this stressful time. Explained everything thoroughly and recommended people to help with the moving.

Have used a competitor recently and experience there was much better. A lot simpler check in and also the facilities were better.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Charlie Wileman, who served me and helped me through the checking in process, was professional and made sure everything was explained clearly to me.

Staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful. The room I had booked was not big enough for all my stuff - not your fault - but the problem was resolved easily.

I dealt with Erin on a very busy Sunday and she kept everyone extremely happy on a very hot day and even offered a glass of water. She explained everything very thoroughly and was polite, friendly and courteous. The unit it's self was just the right size for what I needed so the advice given based on the items I described was spot on!

Good service from peter, he ensured all my needs were met to a satisfactory level, and helped me get the right unit for me, honestly couldn't fault him or the service and priced reasonably with the 50% discount, however once the eight weeks are up and price goes to full it is a bit expensive, so for short term storage I would defiantly recommend but for long term perhaps not
