Staff very friendly and efficient

I dealt with Erin on a very busy Sunday and she kept everyone extremely happy on a very hot day and even offered a glass of water. She explained everything very thoroughly and was polite, friendly and courteous. The unit it's self was just the right size for what I needed so the advice given based on the items I described was spot on!

Good service from peter, he ensured all my needs were met to a satisfactory level, and helped me get the right unit for me, honestly couldn't fault him or the service and priced reasonably with the 50% discount, however once the eight weeks are up and price goes to full it is a bit expensive, so for short term storage I would defiantly recommend but for long term perhaps not

Not enough information provided on exactly how much the total cost of the storage per week would be including the insurance. Also very reluctant to let us change the amount of insurance.

The young lady that checked us in was wonderful. Helpful, considerate and extremely friendly.

Every element of the service was very good, from the inital meeting to discuss provision to the actual renting of and moving my goods into the storage facility.

Erin was incredibly lovely, and the whole team were very helpful... especially considering we kept having to change our dates!!
