Friendly and professional greeting and everything explained very clearly. Security good and easy to use. Website gives a lot of good information and makes reserving a space easy.

Friendly staff

The pricing is not clear at all. You think you will be paying a certain amount per week, yet there are numerous add-ons which makes the prices 3-4 times higher. This might be the same across the industry, but BigYellow would do good in making this A LOT clearer.

Great contact from the start... phone staff and in store staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Email confirmation and checking in online excellent.

Although happy with the price and facilities the inclusion of hhe payment for insurance was a bit sneaky. Nor mentioned at all during first contact.
