ALL VERY HELPFUL AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND

The ladies in the office were really helpful as was the man who rang to discuss the price of the storage room. Great customer service!

Your storage service is very good but quite expensive and some of my friends might not be able to afford it and I might embarrass them if I suggested it to them.

Excellent customer services from Erin and Kathy also very friendly and answered all my questions and left me reassured that I had picked the best place.

Staff were friendly courteous and informative. On first visit staff member was undergoing induction, but this was handled very well and did not feel put out at all. Overall very positive experience.

Everything was swift and easy, the only downfall was failure to tell me about having to pay 4 weeks worth of rental before signing up. Regardless of this, the staff were friendly and helpful.
