Erin was helpful, friendly and efficient. She went out of her way to explain and remembered me by name and was very reassuring in what I needed.

The staff were friendly and gave us advice and bent over backwards to help

I don't like how the prices are exclusive of VAT. It makes it look cheaper than it is and a cheap sales technique for me. However, the staff were very welcoming and easy going.
