We were welcomed and were given good service however it took quite a long time

It fulfills my requirements on moving house. Facilities on site, trollies, packaging materials are al very helpful. Also checking in was every friendly and everything was explained very well.

I gave you that score because the very first time I phoned you I spoke to Georgie and he couldn't do enough for me, so so helpful and so was his colleague Charlie I think her name was.
