Excellent facilities. Really easy to set up and use Just what we needed to store all our belongs in while we waited for our house refurbishment to complete. We would deffinately use again.
The store is located in an ideal place and I have piece of mind knowing that all my personal belongings are stored securely. The room cannot be accessed by anyone but myself. The storage rooms were clean and dry.
Location of the store is excellent for all the surronding areas being at a junction on the eastern side. Plenty of space sizes inside and with the staff very friendly and helpful when needed. Only real issue is the space outside as there can be more cars than spaces for parking.
Service was excellent, Easy to access and a quick and speedy refund was recieved for remaining time, that wasn't used.
I used BYSS for business a number of years ago and this is the first time for personal use. I was happy with the service i received when selecting my storage and pleased to get the 50% off storage offer (8 wks for the price of 4wks). Now that i have used the services and moved in I have picked up ideas for improvements: 1. Portsmouth store main entrance is difficult to get in and out from due to the main road and traffic lights. 2. Some of the trolleys need TLC. 3. It would be ideal if the onsite stores could offer heavy goods lifting help and/or equipment. Maybe have lifting goods that go high enough for standard transit vans? Overall i have been happy with the service and attitude of the staff.
When i went to the yellow storage depot,i was amazed at how much room you get for your money.
