I used the Portsmouth store while I worked at QAH and lived and worked on site at SMH. It was very convenient and the staff actually seemed pleased to see me whenever I went into the office. I stopped using it only because I moved away to a new job. If I come back to Portsmouth I'll be happy to use the store again. It would be really great if there was an easy way to dispose of unwanted stuff at the store (even if it cost something).

I had a week inbetween moving out of a house and moving into my new house. I popped in to see about storage at Big Yellow Portsmouth. The lady I dealt with was really happy and helpful and she told me of a deal where I could pay for a month up front and pay deposit and then if I only needed the storage for just one week it would be only half price and the rest of the money would be returned straight to my account. And that is how it was. Very pleasant and very cheap. I would reccomend Big Yellow Portsmouth to anyone.

Generally good, sometimes it would be nice if offers were for both existing customers as well as new ones... after all the existing customers are the people who are paying the long term fees and surely therefore they should be offered or looked after on a lolality basis.

I have used Big Yellow storage on 2 separate occasions and could not fault the service or the team working there. Will definitely use Big Yellow Storage again in the future. I am happy to say this to people around portsmouth area that my experience with Big yellow is the best experience when it comes to storage Big yellow is well organised company wich i will be happy to recomend to farmily and friends thanks for taking care of my goods.

NEVER USED STORAGE BEFORE SO WAS VERY PLEASED AT HOW EASY IT WAS TO USE

Everyone I encountered was helpful & all went out of their way to please - A removal man came to pick up my belongings & the staff accepted a tesco.com delivery for me & helped the chap to pack my shopping away to be transported to my new home in France. Excellent responses to phone & e-mail requests.

Even when there was a leak above my unit they called immediately and re-assured me that everything would be ok but needed to let me know. the staff are everso helpful and friendly. I will when the time comes again use yellow storage. the rates were very competitive to and affordable for me.

Having major building works in hand I needed a convenient,safe and easily accessible place to store my furniture etc. Having never used a storage facility before, I was tempted to try Big Yellow and I am very pleased that I did. From my initial visit to my final visit was truly a pleasant experience. The proceedure was straightforward, the staff most helpful and courteous and nothing seemed to much trouble to accommodate my requirements. I was very impressed and totally pleased with Big Yellow's helpfulness to their customers, and in so doing solved my storage problem.
