Have taken storage at the Big Yellow Richmond. The staff were very helpful and made the check in quick and straightforward. We were impressed.

We did not visit the storage very often. However check-in and check-out were seamless, thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The Big Yellow Richmond facility is great and well maintained. Paul M was great to work with and made the whole process easy and efficient.

A big shout out to Big Yellow Richmond for their continued support of Barnes Children's Literature Festival. Big Yellow keep our Festival clobber safe, dry and very easily accessible ! It takes a community to make our Festival happen - thank you Big Yellow for being part of it.

Paul and Michael were both very helpful and patient providing all information we needed and Paul very kindly helped sort all the paperwork on-site to get us set up, showing us the facilities and answering all our questions and gave some valuable advice/tips. The facilities are easy to reach and access with friendly service. So far all good!
