The whole experience was made so easy. I rang to find out a quote and spoke to Jagdeep who was so friendly and helpful. Me and my husband later went down to speak with him. He was so accommodating as I’d rung around other store places and found a cheaper quote. He matched it for us and made it slightly cheaper too. We went with yellow storage because of the customers service and the price match. We would highly recommend this store. Thank you for being so helpful and friendly. Handled very well from my initial enquiry online. Follow up phone call was very explanatory and also welcoming. Great customer service, efficient, friendly and reassuring. This is a very difficult time for myself and family as my father died, we've been clearing his house and arranging for some of his things to be stored with mine (as I've also had to move out of the home. In a time like this it's been great to receive good and caring customer service.

initially, I should have started with Big Yellow Romford in March but then Covid-19 intervene and pushed us back to yesterday 6th June. the move was totally stressfree and easy and I am hoping for a long stay. clean, quiet, easy access, friendly staff.

My initial telephone query was professionally handled by the manager, Paul. When I arrived at the store later that same day he was available to verify the details discussed during our earlier conversation. He and his team were very accommodating and made my move in seamless.
