Yasmina at Romford helped me avd age was amazing. Did everything, thought of everything and made it super easy.

Initial query done online with 'Ed'. Accurately worked out the size of room I needed, and the insurance requirement. Great help. Also, the initial discussions with Jag were very informative.

I went into the store to talk about what I needed and to get a quote and the gentleman (Jagdeep) who helped me was polite, efficient and took the time to show me various sizes of units before working out quotes for me - I told him I would need to think about things - he wasn’t pushy at all and arranged to call me a little closer to my moving date - which he did. I got quotes from a few other companies in the area - some of which were cheaper - but it was the great service I had when I went into Big Yellow that made me decide to go with you. Jagdeep was also there on the day I checked in and, again, was thorough, polite, helpful and even offered my mum and I a drink whilst we waited for my removal guys to arrive. Wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend you again in the future
