I went into the store to talk about what I needed and to get a quote and the gentleman (Jagdeep) who helped me was polite, efficient and took the time to show me various sizes of units before working out quotes for me - I told him I would need to think about things - he wasn’t pushy at all and arranged to call me a little closer to my moving date - which he did. I got quotes from a few other companies in the area - some of which were cheaper - but it was the great service I had when I went into Big Yellow that made me decide to go with you. Jagdeep was also there on the day I checked in and, again, was thorough, polite, helpful and even offered my mum and I a drink whilst we waited for my removal guys to arrive. Wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend you again in the future

Gary there at the reception desk was super helpful. This guy really make the difference to the company. He was calm and very professional. Explained all the process very easy and without any hassle. Offered help and support. I saw him Cleaning place after., He really takes care of the business and is very helpful to clients. 100 % staff like this makes all the difference!

I was seen to by Yasmina a blessed happy girl at your reception. Always smiling and welcoming I wouldn’t hve asked for better reception exceptional she is. Went thru every detail with me until my old brain understood. I didn't thank her enough please thank her for me. She also went an extra mile by making me a very nice cup of tea to seal the deal thank you sooooo much Yasmina
