Very quick, efficient and easy to use. Maria gave us extended hours for the day we moved in so we didn't need to rush around loading our goods in which was amazing after a very stressful day moving house in terrible whether.

I had a problem as my house is being completely renovated and a furniture firm delivered furniture which I was unable to recieve. I telephone Mike at the Romford branch and he told me that I could have the furniture taken immediately to his branch and stored. This was done and he was a great help in relieving the stress I had been under wondering what to do with the new furniture. It is now safely stored until I am able to take full possession of it hopefully within a month. This is my first dealings with a storage company.

I have never had self storage before and it's quite a strange concept of leaving everything you own in someone else building under watch by a total stranger. So I have to say I was a little apprehensive about the whole thing but the fact that Big Yellow were so helpful at a stressful time such as moving, was totally refreshing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the sales staff to the check in staff. Even the call centre that I was directed to for a question was helpful with no waiting time. I honestly cannot fault the whole process. Simply Superb!
