Really easy to use, the store is just around the corner to me and very convenient. Helpful and friendly staff, the girl who checked me in was GORGEOUS as well! Would definately recommend The Big Yellow to anyone.
I would definitely use this service again. The whole experience was very professionally carried out and the assistant could not have been more helpful, carrying out all the procedures cheerfully and efficiently.

I was a bit hesitant in using a well known firm as they tend to be more expensive, but this company was very certainly value for money, and great staff very helpful, nothing was too much trouble
We needed storage space at short notice due to extended building work at home and the staff at the Romford store were extremely helpful - Mike who took the booking over the phone and talked me through the different options, to Matt who stayed late to help show me how to access the storage out of hours. They were both very helpful and cheerful. The storage space was clean and easy to access out of hours (late on a Sunday night). The only recommedation I would make is possibly having opening hours on say a Friday night extended to 6:30pm as working in London I found I had to race to get there on time to do the initial check-in. Having said that though Matt was extremely helpful and stayed after closing time to assist me - so a big thank you to him.
I needed a storage facility in a hurry just before Christmas and was very impressed with the helpful and cheerful staff at Romford who made the whole process very easy. Every detail was explained to me and I was offered a selection of Units and allowed to choose the best one for my purpose. Good location.
On 10th November, after an exhausting day trying to move my daughter to her temporary accommodation but with most of her home going into storage, I was very relieved and delighted to receive such help when we arrived at the Yellow Box in Romford. The young man who helped us was certainly gave service with a smile. He was cheerful, extremely helpful and helped us to select a bigger size box after having shown us the one we had originally booked. Purely on that basis we would use the Yellow Box company again because good service with cheerful staff is hard to come by these days. Thank you.
Due to certain circumstances we had to aquire a storage place fairly quickly. Not having used anything like this before we were unsure how it worked, the staff were friendly and helpful and the process of viewing and booking the storage was quick and simple.
We needed Storage facilities in an emergency and it was a new experience. Big Yellow was convienent geographically. The physical lay-out was impressive. However, the most impressive feature was the care and attention we received from the staff at Romford, particularly because the office/showroom was being re-furbished at the time.
I would say the best customer experience I have encountered ever! Super helpful, friendly, knowledgable and curtious! An absolute credit to the organisation. Well done.
