From the moment we walked into the reception area, the guy on the desk (sorry I can't remember his name - it was 11 to 11.30am on 19/01/13) was so helpful and obviously really cared about your stuff and that it should be as secure as possible. He even offered to make us a cup of tea as it had been snowing! Really good customer service, and he did us a great deal on the room rate. First class and will recommend to anyone, hope all your staff are like that! He was so nice we shared our chocolate biscuits and doughnuts with him and the other guy on the desk. Thank you Big Yellow!

The staff were very helpful and listened to my requirements. They offered a number of storage areas including one near natural light once opened which will help with our cataloging of contents. All in all, ecellent service from your friendly staff

I had to move out of my house to complete a quick sale. Your staff were spot on in support. The unit was clean and secure. The facilities with flat carts etc as well as the late access was exactly what I needed. Would definatley recommend you.

Staff have been very friendly and helpful. The storage units feel secure and there are many different shaped/sized trollys to make moved objects easier.
