I have already used Big Yellow before so know the procedure but Big Yellow Sheen explained everything well anyway.

Wallid and Hannah were absolutely, utterly, brilliant and could not have been more helpful. It's quite unnerving having a landlord decide to sell up and give you notice before Christmas, but when I visited on Friday 14 Dec, Wallid was an absolute dream. Give that man any internal award scheme you have *and* a pay rise. Decent, funny, knowledgable and made the whole process dead easy. A real credit to your company. It was like talking to a friend who knew exactly what they were doing and helped you along with advice. At no time did it feel like I was being taken for a ride or squeezed for money, which I have had before at other storage places. If you need a padlock, we have some, if not, no worries. When I moved all my stuff in on Sunday 16 Dec, Wallid clearly explained everything, made me aware of everything I needed to know and walked through inputting all the passcodes etc. I will be telling everyone and their dog how good Wallid's customer service is and to choose Big Yellow Storage - all because of him.
