Extremely good service

I spoke to two people on the phone during my initial enquiries (Dion and Hannah) both of whom were excellent; they were very helpful, professional, they anticipated all my potential problems, were highly knowledgeable about the proccess and helped me to get the best value for money. I went to the office to complete the paperwork the day before I moved the items, as suggested which meant that the moving day incurred no delays and was stress free. The lady who dealt with me to complete the paperwork (Ellie) was not one of the two who I had previously spoken with, but she too was really thorough, professional and helpful. She, with the assistance of Hannah helped me to ensure that my precipus items would be covered and protected and talked me through the process for the next day, which made the process of moving much easier.

I have already used Big Yellow before so know the procedure but Big Yellow Sheen explained everything well anyway.
