I was really satisfied with my experience with Big Yellow in Sheen and their managers Nick Illingworth and Katie Townsin. I'd used Big Yellow a couple of times before in Fulham and then needed storage in Sheen. Another BY manager (Warwick Sleigh) got in touch with Nick who promptly contacted me over the phone to organize me coming in to look at some units and gave me some options over the phone. He took his time talking me through the options and was very professional and friendly. When I came down for my reservation app Nick was serving another customer and introduced me to Katie Townsin... Katie has been brilliant!!! :-)) She helped me look at a few different size units on both 1st and basement levels. We found a perfect unit and also a bigger one which I've reserved for the future when I will soon move some more stuff and need a bit more space. She was very professional and very friendly making the experience actually "good fun" and I was really happy for her to find me the perfect units based on my storage needs. Both Nick and Katie have both been really friendly and helpful with any further questions I've had since I've moved into the unit. I'm really enjoying having this unit ... it works perfectly for me in its location to both my home and work and is making my life super easy and less stressed running around to pick things up. I'm really happy with the service given from the Sheen managers Nick & Katie and love the unit!! I've already been recommending BY to my friends based on their customer service.
