Excellent service and friendly welcome from Nick who explained everything patiently and thoroughly.

The Manager Nick was extremely helpful from introduction to moving in - everything has been an easy & smooth transition from our previous unit

It was an easy and very helpful process. I have never had to use self storage before and this has made me realise that with the correct information and detailing it is a good facility to have. Both the young men I dealt with were very polite and patient, in particular Nick Illingworth at Sheen and Oliver at New Malden.

The person who helped me was Nick. He was very professional, very helpful without being at all pushy, and thought of every aspect without me having to ask.

Really straightforward process, excellent assistance from staff, reasonable rates, great locations of storage sites and wide range of room types (at our location, at least).

The store feels safe and secure, the system works really and the staff were super helpful, signing us in quickly and helping us out when we realised we needed a bigger unit!

We had an outstanding service. We interacted with the young woman and young man at the facility in Sheen/Mortlake. They could not have been nicer or more efficient. In addition, we were impressed with the security and the cleanliness of the room. I was reminded to check in online and we had no issues at the actual check in. So far so great.

I gave 8/10 on how satisfied I was with my overall experience because it was perfect except that I didn't know that there was an insurance to pay extra to the quote I had been given. I thought the insurance was included in the quote. So my storage is going to cost me more than expected.
