Having done a lot pf research prior with local storage companies not one was as professional as this company and this branch in particular. Excellent level of service from Nick, Katie and Tristan. Made the whole process extremely painless which was most welcome having undergone the trauma of a big move. Really nice to deal with, very accommodating and clearly a team who work well together.

Because of the staff and the great service I received especially from Nick but generally all the 3 staff I encountered - a lady, Nick and a gentleman who was working on Sunday the 15th. All of whom were excellent. It is always the staff who can make or break a company. Customer service is the key for any business to thrive and therefore the staff employed are critical
