It was really easy to book my unit, and to check in. Staff are every helpful at every step. Follow up calls were useful and not too frequent, and the staff who helped me when I first moved into the unit (Matt, I think) went out of his way to help and inform me. In addition, the units are clean, easy to access, with lots of trolleys and parking to help with drop off. I will definitely recommend your storage to my friends!

.overly friendly staff, especially Trina. She made it easy,explained everything, and made sure everything was explained so there weren't hidden surprises with costs. There was no hard sell with extras,such as boxes or packing equipment. It was all made very easy.
