From my initial enquiry the whole process was very well handled. I think Trina was the person I spoke to initially and my enquiry was dealt with very well.

I was not informed when I first enquired about the extra costs for, the Deposit, Insurance and the Lock. Why are you charging for a lock that you get back?

Initial enquiry was handled efficiently, all aspect were clearly and concisely explained.
