Florence was super helpful. She greeted me on arrival, talked me through sizing options and even offered me a drink whilst I waited for the moving van to arrive.

Attention to service by Trina both on the phone and in person

Brilliant people skills by a lady called Trina (also her young colleague too). Answered all my questions, explained everything in "layman's" terms. Also the little things like making a cuppa and also making general conversation (people skilks)
