The process was pretty easy and your staff are well versed in the business. The storage is easy to locate.

Making the booking was incredibly easy as I was able to complete an initial request online which was swiftly followed up over the phone by a very friendly member of staff (Mel? - apologies I cant remember her name for definite ). Between the time when I booked the room and checked in, I had to change the date and time of moving in several times which was very easy and completed in an a professional way (by Mel again). Once at the facility the checking in process was super easy, swift and the facilities themselves are of a high standard. Special mention to Trina here as she was a good laugh and made the checking in process rather lovely!

Great staff very helpful

Louise who helped me check in and showed me around was really friendly and helpful and made the process really straightforward and quick which is so appreciated in the middle of the stress of moving. The online booking and checking process is also really simple and useful.
