My first point of contact when phoning to enquire was Melanie, she was really helpful and took the time to explain things fully and how it all worked. On arrival Louise went through everything with me and was very helpful.
Just simple and easy very user friendly
The process was mainly very straight forward but all information is given verbally. Sometimes this can take a while to process and can lead to misunderstandings. It should be made clear that although insurance is compulsory there is an option to purchase it independently. I hope that I will be able to arrange my own insurance and get a refund for the Big Yellow one.
Very easy to arrange. I felt the staff went above and beyond the usual service levels expected. A lady called Trina in Sheffield was absolutely fantastic and went out of her way to help us overcome several obstacles that we had.
