Having never used self storage before, everything was fully explained and the whole process has been extremely easy. Would definitely recommend. Trina at Sheffield Bramall Lane was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great customer service on the desk and phone, and the space is very useable. The only negative is the price was a little higher than I anticipated after the insurance etc was added on.
Staff very helpful and gave clear information on how to use the access codes to alarm the unit.
