Great facility, great service and well explained. However the cost is a little more than I’d have hoped but still competitive.

Everything was just so easy - the staff couldn't be more helpful. Mel who dealt with our reservation was fantastic. I am very impressed with the service you offer.

Mel was very helpful and accommodationg, took us to a few different rooms to help make the decision on size. She gave me all the information I needed. The room I'm hiring suits my purpose. Customer service was excellent.

Dealt with Katrina mostly who is a hard working ,conciencious manager.nothing was too much trouble for her .Both myself and my removal men were impressed by how smoothly everything went.They said they had a very busy day ahead of them and if the other jobs went half as well as mine they would be delighted.but that was due to the efficiency of your company......many ,many thanks.??

Very good customer service. Sorted my storage out at extremely short notice after my landlords did not keep to their moving in date, leaving me stuck. Very appreciated. I dealt with Mel at Sheffield Queens Road and she was amazing.

Mel was so helpful and patient with us snd gave clear instructions. She had a very warm and friendly manner.
