The check-in and initial visit was very efficient. Ben was very competent and helpful. Overall, I can't complain; it was a very professional experience as it should be.

This is third time I’ve used Big Yellow and the second time at this venue. Staff are always helpful and approachable and it’s for the reason I’m a returning customer. Also the COVID 19 procedures that had been put in place were easy to follow and comprehensive
