Very easy, very well explained, very warm and friendly service. Couldn't have been simpler.

From initial enquiry to call back was really quick. Both Ben and Sophie at Sheffield Hillsborough were extremely helpful throughout the process of signing up and getting started.

I have only done the first part of my move, my furniture is still in storage for a further two weeks. However when I went into the Sheffield branch to register Sam was brilliant, helpful, polite and professional, a pleasure to deal with.

Really well handled. Sam at the Hillsbourgh branch rang me immediately after I made the online enquiry to discuss the space I needed as I had put a ridiculously large room down and did not need that much space. he handled the whole process well.

Very easy - Sophia and Sam made the process of moving my stuff in quick and efficient which was really helpful as we were on a tight timescale to get the van we’d hired back!
