The staff that I dealt with were extremely friendly and professional. They helped me choose the best value storage space for the best price for me, as well being generally extremely friendly and helpful, in particular Ed Taylor.

Jack, Sam and Ed at the Hillsborough branch were excellent! Very friendly, attentive and helpful. Customer service was fantastic and we were even offered a drink on arrival. They came to check on us to see if we needed any help too which was fantastic. They deserve recognition! The room itself is exactly what we needed and the price was lower than expected (including insurance) which was great. The only thing is that the padlocks you offer are very expensive, although they are great, and so we bought ours for a much lower price of £6.50 at B and Q. Sam and Jack however were very persuasive and we almost did end up buying another padlock from your stores.

Jack was very helpful setting everything up. The cost was good and the space very clean. We couldn’t expect anything else.
