Helpful staff who were welcoming and clear

The manager of the store in Sheffield hillsbrough helped us achieve what we needed on a very stressful day of moving! So thank you!

The staff at Hillsborough, Sheffield are excellent and the security is second to none but in the ethos of the firm I don't think the customer is considered. People use the warehouse in different ways, some people want to use the room as an 'office' so may need more lighting, some may want 'furniture' eg desk and chair. People in the building may be in for some time and are warned the lighting may go out and have to find a 'sensor' and also a refreshment area may be nice for people who have come a long distance. I hope this is helpful. Staff are very helpful.

All the staff we dealt with were polite and knowlegeable

Friendly, helpful staff. Sam was very helpful when we visited to enquire about renting a room. Advised us on room size, cost etc. Prior to moving in Jack phoned to check everything was ok and if I wanted any help prior to moving in. Sam helped and explained everything on our move in date.

Helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Clean lifts, storage generally everywhere. Didn't feel like I was going into a black hole. Good advice on size needed,access etc.

Having been with yellow storage at hillsborough for some time now. This is our 2nd unit. And ed, Jack and Sam the staff there are always friendly and helpfully. The premises are always kept clean and tidy. And the units are spotless.
