Please with response to initial enquiry, not pressurised into renting storage space till a move was imminent. All procedures for booking and accessing space were explained at each stage.

Staff were very friendly and very easy to talk to. Especially when i went to the store to show my identity and pay for the room, the lady on duty offered me a glass of water and was very welcoming and friendly. We had a joke about me saying am getting old and tired. She made my day by saying only encouraging words. Bless her. Very happy with the services. Thanks
