I popped in as wanted a guide price but online didn’t give this but on going in I then understood why it didn’t show online. Ed was so amazing and a very understanding guy as to how soon I possibly needed storage, I was going away so he made it seem so easy and offered to follow up once I got off holiday and did call me to follow up which was good as it helped me to know exactly what I needed to do with getting booked in and to start moving things. Ed showed me the room size first and just made moving seem so easy, how if the room wasn’t big enough then not to worry as we can accommodate, I was really stressed about this but the friendliness of Ed and Sam D but also Sam B was so helpful also and I would 10/10 recommend this place as it was such an easy process and these guys understanding/helpfulness made the Experience of a first time user so easy so I would definitely use this place again if I needed. I booked a second room but Sam D showed me to the room so I knew where to go and he was understanding and offered me numbers for removal firms if this helped which I thought was lovely as that took that stress away also, I honestly cannot recommend this place enough and i know Ed is the manager there as he also introduced himself but he’s got a fantastic team that seem to be trained extremely well with the process and friendliness so should be proud. I’d like to thank them all for making my move so much easier as I have heard people who have used other storage places say how bad they were so already I have said what a great team the big yellow storage has as they made my life much easier and stress free.

The whole process couldn’t have been any easier. Ed explained everything and off we went. Stress free and at a great price.

Informative and simple

Wonderfully. Originally reserved a space at the parkway branch but upon speaking to a member of staff on the phone she informed me they didn't have out of hours on the size of unit I needed however she transferred my reservation to a different branch.

From start to finish the whole process couldn't have been easier. A lovely gentleman called Sam dealt with my enquiry on the phone and kept in touch throughout the week to see how progress was going. Sam also was there to meet me at the Hillsborough depot and handled the move into the storage space.

It was really good. I was given all the info I needed and given the space within half an hour. They also have me late entry for a few days which helped massively. Sam, Sam and Ed in the Sheffield branch were really nice and Sam (D?) was really really helpful going out of his way to make things easy for me. I hope this gets to an area manager and you get at least a pat on the back but more preferably a crate of beer or something. Thanks

My initial query was dealt with in a friendly and informative way and because of that initial call prompted me to visit and influenced my decision to go ahead with the rental.
