The staff are friendly and helpful, the site is clean and tidy. The rooms are safe and secure. The only negative is that the charges quoted do not represent the final charge you pay, upon quotation I was given a weekly price which did not include the security deposit or the insurance charge. It would be better if a fully inclusive change was quoted as my unit which I expected to pay £35 per week for is now costing £42 eith insurance.

Service provided by a lady Jo on 16 June, when I was connected to the central reservation was informative & very helpful. She answered all my queries & booked a cubicle & also sent me another quote. When I checked on 17 June I was served by Sam. He quickly sorted all my paperwork/ payment etc, & the removal people delivered my belongings to the cubicle, without having to wait. He explained regarding the operation of security codes. Both Jo & Sam were most helpful.

Very helpful staff (Jack at Sheffield Hillsborough) , good security and reasonable rates for 75 sq m space. Also good range of packing materials - we bought a small set of boxes, mattress cover and bubble wrap. Good discount for first weeks.

Easy process to reserve storage, and good follow up calls to make sure I understood the process which made check-in a lot easier. Friendly staff who helped when processing fist payments and advising which storage would be most appropriate.

Polite, friendly service and good value for money

Everyone was friendly and helpful even had a good laugh with them, things were sorted out quickly and had no issues. The price is also very good for the level of access and security that included with the storage.

The guys at the Sheffield store are really professional and friendly, the took the time to demonstrate how it all works, the guys were really good and it wasgreat customer experience for me
