Helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Clean lifts, storage generally everywhere. Didn't feel like I was going into a black hole. Good advice on size needed,access etc.
Having been with yellow storage at hillsborough for some time now. This is our 2nd unit. And ed, Jack and Sam the staff there are always friendly and helpfully. The premises are always kept clean and tidy. And the units are spotless.

So far everything seems great however the standard opening hours on Mon-Fri are a little restrictive for anyone who works a normal full time job.
Guy called Jack helped me out, really helpful, answers any questions that I had and made it all really simple to understand in regards to the access and prices.
